- Ceramic Coating: Application of professional-grade ceramic coating products for long-term protection
- Specialty Services: Custom detailing packages for boats, RVs, motorcycles, and other specialty vehicles
- Subscription Plans: Recurring service plans on weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly schedules
Service availability may vary by location, vehicle type, and current demand. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized access or if any information provided is false, inaccurate, or incomplete.
4. Booking and Scheduling
4.1 Service Booking
You can book our services through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service. When booking a service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your vehicle and service requirements
- Select a service date and time from our available options
- Be available during the scheduled service time or make appropriate arrangements for vehicle access
- Prepare your vehicle as instructed for the scheduled service
4.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling
Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are as follows:
- Standard Services: Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Premium and Ceramic Coating Services: Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the specified time frames may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- No-Shows: Failure to be present or provide access to your vehicle at the scheduled time may result in a no-show fee of up to 100% of the service cost.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather, equipment issues, technician availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly of any changes.
5. Subscription Services
5.1 Subscription Terms
Our subscription plans provide regularly scheduled detailing services. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to:
- Commit to the minimum term specified in your subscription plan
- Authorize recurring payments as per your selected billing frequency
- Receive services at the frequency selected in your subscription plan
- Provide reasonable access to your vehicle at scheduled service times
5.2 Subscription Billing
For subscription services:
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until canceled
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee on a recurring basis
- Subscription fees are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in these Terms
5.3 Subscription Cancellation
To cancel your subscription, you must:

- Provide your full name, contact information, and subscription details
- Submit your cancellation request at least 7 days before your next scheduled billing date
Please note that:
- All subscription cancellations must be processed by our administrative team

- Cancellation requests will be processed within 2 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed
- You will continue to have access to subscription services until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds will be provided for the current billing period
- Early termination fees may apply if you cancel before the end of any committed term period
We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, or features with 30 days' notice. If we increase subscription prices, you will be notified and given the opportunity to cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
5.4 Auto-Renewal and Recurring Billing
All subscription plans automatically renew until canceled. By subscribing to our services:
- You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- The first charge occurs immediately at the time of subscription sign-up
- Subsequent charges will be processed on the renewal date according to your selected frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.)
- Subscription charges are processed regardless of whether you schedule or receive services during each billing period
- You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current and valid
- Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of your subscription services
- We may attempt to re-charge your payment method if the initial charge fails
- You will receive email receipts for all successful subscription payments
You will be notified of upcoming renewals only in the case of annual subscriptions or if there are changes to your subscription terms or pricing. For monthly or more frequent billing cycles, renewal occurs automatically without additional notification.
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1 Service Pricing
Our service pricing is as follows:
- Prices are as listed on our website, mobile app, or other official price lists
- Prices may vary based on vehicle type, size, condition, and service location
- Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles or special cleaning requirements
- Promotional pricing and discounts may be available for limited periods
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect already-booked services or current subscription periods.
6.2 Payment Terms
For payment of our services:
- Payment for one-time services is due at the time of booking, regardless of when the service is scheduled
- Subscription payments are processed immediately upon subscription sign-up
- For subscription services, you will be billed at the time of booking, not on the appointment date
- Recurring subscription charges will be automatically processed according to your billing cycle (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.)
- All subscriptions automatically renew until canceled by contacting our administrative team
- We accept major credit and debit cards, digital payment methods, and other forms of payment as specified
- You agree to provide valid and updated payment information
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for services rendered
6.3 Refunds
Our refund policy is as follows:
- If you are not satisfied with our services, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion
- We may offer to redo the service, provide a partial refund, or offer service credit, at our discretion
- Refunds for subscription services are limited to cases where we fail to provide the scheduled service
- Processing fees, cancellation fees, and no-show fees are non-refundable
7. Communications

- Refrain from using our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity or vehicle information

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services
- Harass, threaten, or mistreat our staff or representatives
- Use our Services to transmit harmful code or conduct fraudulent activities
9. Service Guarantee and Limitations

We strive to provide high-quality detailing services and stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our services:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion
- We will inspect your concerns and may offer to remedy the issue, at our discretion
- For subscription services, we guarantee each service will be performed according to the plan specifications
9.2 Service Limitations
Please be aware of the following service limitations:
- Our services cannot correct pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, or mechanical issues
- Certain stains, odors, or damage may be permanent and not removable through our services
- Results may vary based on vehicle age, condition, and maintenance history
- Weather conditions may affect service quality or availability for outdoor services
- We cannot guarantee specific results for heavily neglected vehicles
10. Liability and Disclaimers
10.1 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing vehicle conditions or defects
- We are not responsible for items left in your vehicle during service
10.2 Service Disclaimer
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties regarding security, reliability, timeliness, and performance
- Warranties that your use of our Services will meet your specific requirements
- Warranties that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
